Pull Buoys

Often used in combination with Swim Paddles or Aqua Gloves, pull buoys for beginners can also be paired with a swimming snorkel to help develop technique and greater feel for the water with sculling drills. These pool buoys immobilize swimmers legs so they can improve their technique and upper body strength.

To increase resistance and power even more, try pulling with Stretchcords or a drag belt.
