Swim Paddles
Swim Paddles for hands are extremely useful for 2 reasons:
1) Help with Technique: With Swim Training Paddles, you have greater feeling for the water, immediately correcting any flaws in hand position or during the catch.
2) Help with Power: Because you will be pulling more water, your power will be increased.
However, we suggest using swim training paddles for hands with caution. Using paddles too big for you or too extensively may result in shoulder injuries.
Training paddles for swimming are often used with pull buoys to further help develop power and upper body strength. Water hand paddles can also be used with fins to develop a feel for racing speed or cross-body connection.
