Can't speak for the other reviews (mostly dealing with returns). I purchased a hard to find lifting shoe (TYR Lifter - Wide Version) and was skeptical when I made my purchase based on reviews. I happily received the item (new) and without issues. The shoes are amazing. Fit well (sized up 1/2 size) and have been able to feel more comfortable/stable during squats and surprisingly, even deadlifts and shoulder presses.
The purchasing process was easy. I sent them an e-mail as I was confused when I thought it was already shipped out. They were able to clarify that they were just awaiting on the item and that I would receive a valid tracking number once it departed their store. Everything went according to plan and luckily no need for a return.
